The girls recently saw an episode of Max & Ruby where the characters are playing Cinderella. Although I avoid the whole “princess” theme, my girls absolutely eat it up. Their other current obsession is money. A combination of these two interests led to the following dialogue:
J: I’m waiting for my prince to come.
C: That might take a long time.
J: You’re right. (counting her coins) At least I’ve got lots of money.
